I run operations and quality at an automotive plant in Belgium — a multi-standard IATF 16949 system and a clean audit record to show for it. I've learned that most plant-level problems trace back to one thing: communication. And having worked across continents, I've found the fix is universal — it's not about where people are from, it's about how they face problems together.
